Amadee was great to work with. She helped me navigate the loan process and was able to work with my unconventional profile ( I was transitioning between two jobs at the time of my home purchase). I would absolutely recommend Amadee.
Working with Amadee and the team gave me peace of mind when purchasing my new home.

They were always available to answer my questions...no matter how big or small and regardless of time of day. I really feel like we explored all of the different options available to me and I was able to achieve the best deal with my home loan. I truly appreciate all of the work they did and the help they provided through the whole process.

With all the greed and corruption surrounding the banking & mortgage industry in recent years, I was extremely wary of the process of securing a mortgage for my new home. I hoped to get through it unscathed, but I never thought I'd walk away from it feeling so incredibly good about the entire experience! Amadee Flom is smart, kind, and tenacious advocate for her clients. What I thought might be an antagonistic process, she quickly turned on its head. She put herself firmly in my corner and established herself as my strategic ally. She walked me through the entire process, answered every question in normal everyday English (not real estate tech speak), and leveraged her considerable experience to find the best path forward that would work well for me and not just for the mortgage company. Speaking of, once the deal was done, I fully expected to sell off my mortgage to some other party (as had always happened in every home purchase I've done before). So I was delightfully surprised when I learned that the Bank of Texas holds onto every mortgage loan it creates, so Amadee and her team will continue to be a resource to me in the years to come. I cannot recommend Amadee Flom and her team highly enough. You'd be nuts not to go with Amadee and her team

Amadee was amazing. She anticipated all of my needs and exceeded them in every capacity. She really knows the business inside and out, and I trust her fully with all of my mortgage needs. I will recommend her to any and everyone I know! Thank you for everything Amadee you are a true blessing!
