But thanks to the expert assistance of Amadee Flom, I was able to lock in a great interest rate that enabled me to afford the house I wanted. Quite simply, Amadee is the best in her field. She knows exactly what needs to be done to make a home affordable for the average homebuyer, and her knowledge and experience is unparalleled. Also, her communication skills are top-notch. I’m not a numbers guy, but Amadee was able to explain interest rates to me in a way that made the entire home-buying process easier to understand. Amadee is simply the best you could ask for in a lender! Warm, patient, client-centric, and fun, Amadee goes above and beyond for her clients. She fought for us to get a stellar rate when the interest rates were just beginning to go up, and she was able to make it happen. It is like having a friend fight for your best interests! As a real estate broker, I work with some tremendous lenders, and Amadee is who my husband and I wanted by our sides for our personal home. Grateful for her guidance and would refer her to anyone for financing needs!
